Soy wax candles can naturally have some imperfections on their tops after setting (Even before burning them the first time). This does not affect the performance of the candle or its fragrance. Every care is taken for each candle to have a smooth finished top, but please be aware some frosting or light cracking can occur.
It's recommended you burn your candle for the first time especially for a minimum of 1-2 hours (So the top of the candle is liquid from edge to edge). This helps prevent tunneling. Candles have a 'memory' reflex so its best to let the top liquify each burn.
